The process of preparing an Offshore Hedge Fund Offering can take a few weeks to a few months to prepare (depending on amount of material and complexity of the Fund). The entire STEVE MUEHLER - SECURITIES team is available throughout this entire process.


Service(s) to be Provided:

  • Registration of the Company / Fund with ISIN International, and obtaining an International Stock Identification Number (ISIN).

  • Drafting & Preparation of a Federal Securities Laws Compliant Offshore Hedge Fund Offering.

    • Our Custom Offshore Hedge Fund Offering includes (but is not limited to):

      • Offering Structuring and Development of a Presentation Grade Offshore Hedge Fund Offering,

      • all ISIN Filings as required,

      • Determine applicability of Regulation S to offshore hedge fund structure and file exemptions accordingly,

      • Implement advantageous and competitive performance fee structure for managers to offshore hedge funds,

      • Prepare / Review Custody Agreement and/or Prime Broker Agreements with Broker-Dealers,

Rates will be based on an Hourly Rate of $45.00 per hour plus expenses incurred including, but not limited to, postage and purchase of any special software necessary to complete task. Time to complete the job will be estimated and any projects estimated over $200.00 will require a TBD down payment. Steve Muehler Bills for Services Rendered each week. Steve Muehler requires a signed contract, which outlines the project details, prior to beginning any work.
